Warrenty & Returns 

All items come with 20 days warranty (starting the first day after delivery), returns or replacement are allowed for UNUSED or DEFECTIVE products. The buyer must pay for the return shipping fees. 

 

Before you return the item, please inform us in writing by email on (info@simcoediy.com) and provide a clear explanation of the problem. This will help us to determine if the issue with the item is solvable and if we can accept the return. Then we'll inform you to resend it to our address.

 

We reserve the right to refuse any return if we believe that the product has been abused or damaged due to misuse. We can accept returns on parts that are not a good fit for your application or project, but the product must remain in the same condition as when you received it.

 

We will do our best to resolve any issue with the customer.
